It was great doing Maya Pritsker’s live one hour weekly culture programme on RTN/WNB Russian Television Network USA, travelling out to the New Jersey studio. The story of the Hermitage struck a chord with audiences. I had the interpreter in my earpiece, as viewers phoned in with their questions about the Hermitage Revealed film. One caller even cried when they remembered the Russia they’d left behind.
